For those that have volunteered to (or got a cute letter by DOR saying that you better or else) file electronically through FDOR’s website (this does not pertain to BSWA filers and if you don’t know what BSWA is then you are not a BSWA filer so you can keep reading), updating your banking information can be done online here.
Under Taxpayer select the second bubble Update e-Enrollment and click on Next. If you are a Reemployment Agent (and the ONLY way you are a Reemployment Agent is because you applied to be a Reemployment Agent and FDOR said that you can be a Reemployment Agent and has given you an Agent ID), then you will skip the Taxpayer section, select the third bubble under Reemployment Agent and then click on next.
On the next page, plug in your User ID and Password and click Next. Now you can select to edit your banking information (or any other information you will like to change).
Once you’re done with your changes, you’ll be brought back to the original page that allowed for edits, check the agreement at the bottom, type in your name and click on Submit.
Special Note: Changes take at least two business days to update. It’s an actual human doing the change, not automatically done by the system. Also, the user id and password may change – if this happens then a new user id and password will be given on your confirmation page.
